Would highly recommend! Incredibly helpful team. Having to buy a mobility scooter at 28 (after an accident), it’s a very unknown area! After many unsuccessful trips elsewhere, I was delighted that NBR were able to help and find me the perfect scooter! I’m not a straightforward case or “one size fits all” customer- but they went above and beyond answering questions and were more than happy to explain everything in detail and suggest what would work the best for me and my needs. I purchased a baja bandit and it’s excellent! They came very highly recommended to myself and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to others!

These guys were fantastic yesterday, we took my mum to get an electric wheelchair and Carl Johnathan and Claire were so helpful, my mum finds it hard to accept she needs the assistance of mobility aids, but these guys made her feel that she was gaining some independence back.
