I cannot thank the care team enough for the compassion, kindness, and respect they showed my dad throughout the time they cared for him until he passed away.
From the very beginning, they treated him with genuine warmth, respect, and patience. They not only met his care needs professionally but also took the time to get to know him as a person, making him feel valued and comfortable during such a difficult and vulnerable stage of his life.
Their support extended to our whole family. They kept us informed, gave us advice, listened to our concerns, and always went above and beyond to make an incredibly challenging time a little easier. Knowing our Dad was in such caring and capable hands gave us enormous peace of mind.
We will always be grateful for the kindness, dedication, and humanity they showed every single day. They made a real difference to my dad’s end of life, and that is something our family will never forget.

We visited to discuss implementation of a care package. We spent over an hour with a very pleasant member of the management team, and had a good discussion of our requirements and what they could offer.
It was a constructive meeting, and we look forward to working with them over coming weeks and months.
Unfortunately, since that initial meeting in 2019, over recent months, our relationship with their local managers has deteriorated to the extent that they no longer reply to my messages or requests, and, after three years, are no longer supplying information from the caring teams concerning their interaction with my elderly relative.
A most unsatisfactory and disappointing development, and most unprofessional.
