Incredible customer service. Setting up a new care home, I find myself popping in for care equipments whenever we have a new resident. While I wait every staff that passes asks if I have been attendees to and over time have learnt my name. May seem a basic but dealing with a lot of other local businesses they do stand out.
Prices are also reasonable and equipment already built than when bought online and are delivered in pieces to be built

Excellent service from start to receiving my wheelchair. So friendly and helpful, the delivery driver was so efficient in making sure my wheelchair was adjusted to my leg length and safety belt adjusted too. Disgusting service!! I arranged for a collection of a hospital bed & equipment from my late brother in law’s flat. I was given a collection time between 12.30 & 2.30 so made my way to Felixstowe from Ipswich to be there. 2.35 I called the office to enquire the whereabouts of the van to be told he would be another hour for the collection. 3.30 I again called the office to be told he was 20mins away. 4.30 I again called the office to eventually be told the collection wouldn’t happen today. Had I not called I could still be waiting!! Disgraceful service & a total waste of my day.
