Just wanted to say thank you to the practice in general and Guy in particular. Always warm friendly and welcoming I have used M and L since moving to the area. Recently I had a strange sneezing fit that resulted in flashing lights and black floaters in one eye . Got an appointment very quickly and to be honest I was quite worried . Guy was just marvellous, he took me through all the eye tests calmly and methodically, explaining what he was testing for, and demonstrating there was no lasting eye damage and he also explained how the eye would “repair” itself. This totally reassured me. Best of all two weeks later he is right. My eyesight is back to normal. So many many thanks Guy . I strongly recommend M and L you will feel very safe there.

The most pleasant trip I’ve ever had to an opticians. Everyone was super attentive and helpful and despite my indecisiveness, nothing was too much bother and I was able to take my time choosing my frames. I’m super happy with them. Highly recommend!

Took my 2 young children for their first ever appointment today.
When i initially called to book, the lady on the phone was friendly and efficient.
We arrived this afternoon to warm smiles and friendly reception staff.
Guy was the optician that my children saw. They were both a bit anxious, but Guy was absolutely brilliant with them. He made jokes and really made the effort to make the eye tests fun and stress free.
Guy also took the time to explain to us what he was doing and why, which was much appreciated.
From start to finish, the whole experience has been easy and pleasant. I could not fault them even if I wanted to!
Massive thank you to Guy for making my children comfortable and making their tests fun!!
