A wonderful home that continues to provide great care for our family member. Staff are very accommodating and continually attentive to their needs. Maple House is an amazing care home. My Dad has been there for 3 years and he is very happy. The staff give him so much love and respect. They look after him as one of their own.
I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff there, they greet you with a hello and a smile every time, no matter how busy they are.

Diabolical care. Weak management. We had to call an ambulance for my father due to neglect, he was malnourished, dehydrated and had a lung infection and nearly died after we found him fitting (being ignored!).He had been put on drugs which were making him very ill. I do not recommend this home and we had to safeguard this home. After 8 weeks in hospital he is a different man and now in a wonderful home where the care is amazing. Steer clear.
