My uncle purchased a top of the range scooter from here, nearly £3000 in Feb/March 26. He bought a shed to keep it in and due to poor weather and health it got used 1 time in the sun. With 2.8 miles on it and around 3 months old but still as new they offered £300 when he could no longer use it. Aftercare is non existent.

All of the staff at Lifestyle & Mobility at Lowestoft are fantastic. I can’t praise them highly enough. My mobility scooter came back gleaming. The staff went above and beyond when my scooter went in for a service etc. Their attention to detail, advice and honesty is immeasurable.

My mobility scooter lost all power, luckily I was at home. I called the shop and explained the issue and Shaun came to collect the scooter within a couple of hours. The scooter was returned to me a while later and seemed fine. However after being out on it I decided to charge it but realised the charger had no power so I left it. Next morning, no power in the scooter again. I rang Shaun who collected it again an hour later. I apologised that he had had to come out again but he was so kind and reassuring, assuring me it wasn’t my fault. He kept in contact with me to let me know what was happening and brought the scooter back later in the day. He and Mark had worked on it to ensure the issue was fixed (charger was at fault) and had even cleaned and polished it for me before bringing it back, complete with a new charger. That scooter is my lifeline to getting out and they made sure they got it back to me as soon as they could. I cannot thank Shaun and Mark enough for their kindness, reassurance, professionalism and workmanship. Thank you both so much.

We reached out to Mark and Debbie for a wheelchair for our elderly relative. They really went through all our options with us and took the time to find something that really suited our needs. But their customer service didn’t end there. Once we had decided on the chair our relative was given a complete tutorial on how to use it and look after it. Even staying with her until she felt completely comfortable using it. They really are such a credit to the store. So kind and patient. Giving honest and great advice. The wheelchair has changed my relatives life and we couldn’t be more grateful! Honestly would recommend to anyone looking for a similar service. I purchased my first active wheelchair from the Lowestoft branch, and they were very welcoming and helpful at each visit. I had a comprehensive wheelchair assessment via Sunrise Medical at the store, and I will definitely continue to use their services.
