I stopped in to fix my eyeglasses… the screw had fallen out and i had lost it. Lydia Canton immediately found a suitable screw and fixed them ! A nice cleaning and Voila ! I was back in business. So grateful and humbled they refused payment for the fantastic service !!! Can’t ask for a better place to have happened to walk in… highly recommended !!!

Raheem Mubashar was absolutely excellent. I came to my appointment feeling extremely nervous due to a very traumatic experience I had at another opticians a few years ago, and I explained this to him at the start. He was incredibly kind, compassionate and understanding throughout the entire consultation.
He took the time to listen to my concerns, never made me feel rushed, and gave honest, sensible advice that I genuinely trusted. His calm and reassuring manner immediately put me at ease and helped turn what I expected to be a very stressful experience into a positive one.
It’s rare to find someone who is both highly professional and genuinely caring, but Raheem is exactly that. I left feeling informed, reassured and much more confident about my eye care. I would highly recommend him to anyone, especially those who feel anxious about visiting the optician.

Mirna, the audiologist is very helpful, always considerate and very easy to talk to and has helped me massively with my hearing issues and hearing aids.

Genuine, honest, caring professional service. Having to find anew Opticians can be quite daunting. Having tried several High Street brands following the retirement of my Opticians of many years.
I popped into Leightons in Cirencester about 2 years ago and have never looked back.
From the moment you enter the reception you are welcomed with a smile by a experienced Reception Team.
Yesterday i had a Eye Test, from the moment i entered i felt welcomed and valued as a Client.
I was given a briefing on the Test and in depth analysis on my test.
Resulting in no change to my prescription but advised on some issues with my eyes.
A explanation was given but no pressure to purchase new Glasses.
Over the past 2 years Leightons have offered me a excellent Aftersales service, free of charge.
Nothing is to much trouble for them and always so friendly.
I joined Leightons Care plan which offers so much and i’d happily recommend it, as excellent value.
My Ageing Mother who is extremely hard work so uses Leightons for help with her hearing. Again faultless service.
Jo & James should be extremely proud of there Team in Cirencester who always go above and beyond with a Smile.
