My Aunt was struggling in her 4 storey town house and opted to look at Latherham House. We were shown various available properties by Kerry and we were bowled over by her patience, understanding and knowledge. My Aunt felt so comfortable that she wanted to proceed and eventually secured Apt 41. Kerry is such an asset to Pegasus properties that I have introduced other prospective interested parties to her and decisions are being made.
My Aunt is in and settled and enjoying life at Latherham – Pete and Sue have been most helpful in getting her sorted and have been on site to answer every question.
Thanks also to Rob who dealt with all the moving in maintenance and fittings – friendly, extremely competent and again nothing too much trouble.
