My Father spent the final six years of his life at Knellwood, and was extremely happy and well cared for throughout that period. The home is set in beautiful grounds, with fantastic staff and a very high standard of nursing and residential care. He enjoyed a full programme of daily activities and a varied and extensive menu, and the Trust status Knellwood enjoys means the board of directors are all volunteers and all profits are ploughed back for the benefit of the residents through a rolling programme of refurbishment and improvements, not siphoned off for shareholders or individual owners like many other care homes. I would thoroughly recommend Knellwood to anyone wanting to place their loved one in a residential or nursing care home. Just ring for an appointment and they’ll be happy to show you around.

Today is our mums birthday. Our family had a lovely afternoon in the conservatory at knellwood celebrating with our mum & nan. We were treated to a lovely buffet prepared by knellwoods kitchen staff. Mum had a lovely cake made for her by kay. The conservatory had been decorated beautifully by tracey. She was on hand for anything we may have needed. We had a special time with our mum & nan. We cannot thank krishnan enough for making it very special & his staff for all they do for the residents
