I have been visiting this assisted-living home for a number of years as part of the MDT, and I can honestly say it provides such a genuine, homely environment.
The staff are absolutely wonderful. Some residents can understandably become distressed or agitated at times, and I’ve seen firsthand how skilled, patient, and caring the team are in supporting them. They don’t just “manage” situations — they respond with compassion, dignity, and real expertise.
It’s clear this is more than just a job to them. The atmosphere is warm, respectful, and nurturing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
