Mum moved to HillHouse from Hillbrow at the right time when her care needs became much more intensive. We couldn’t be happier with the caring, patience and thought that goes into her wellbeing and all in clean, bright, refreshing surroundings!
She remains at her best in her conditions possible and the caring thoughtfulness of each staff member is reassuring, polite, friendly, well trained and second to none, such a relief and a wonderful welcome awaits any visit during which you can see how much planning goes into everything and marvelous activities are regularly provided with trips out included as well if it is safe to do so.. such pleasant surroundings!

My grandma has recently joined the military wonderful team at Hill House, and at 102 (bless her) it’s been quite the adjustment for her living independently and us as her family. All of the staff have been absolutely amazing, so kind, Caring and empathetic! I always leave with happy tears as I know she is being so well looked after, fed delicious food and treats and being treated with love, care and respect.

Hill house is such a lovely home, the staff and caregivers are amazing and so kind. From the managers to the kitchen staff they were all so welcoming and friendly. Hill house is a lovely house it’s clean and well maintained, the house always has a fantastic rota with endless entertainment and plans.
The caregivers always put 100% into all the residents and you can always see this everytime I visit. If you are looking for somewhere for yourself or family member I highly recommend hill house

My Mother has been extremely happy at Hill House. The staff are fantastic always willing to meet her needs. The event staff are amazing, always stimulating them both physically and mentally with singing, dancing, quiz’s, flower arranging, cooking etc. I would highly recommend .

As we said our goodbyes to Dad this morning we were overwhelmed by the kindness, professionalism and love we have felt.
You are truly a home from home. We have been so comforted throughout Dad’s stay that he was being looked after as if he was your own relative.
From the very beginning when the maintenance team were so quick to put dad’s pictures up, bring in additional furniture and look after the gardens to make them a peaceful place to relax in. Dad’s clothes have always been cared for beautifully and his room spotless, tidy but again respectful of his need to collect papers, crossword cuttings etc!
The innovative craziness with the activities gang, the cheery welcome from reception always sorting out mass for dad or answering our questions.
The delicious and latterly respectfully prepared food from the kitchen. The restaurant team letting dad sit for hours with no feeling of rush. Always welcoming him with care and laughter.
The gentle respectful and loving professionalism of all the care and medical team yet with fun, laughter and family spirit
