My mum uses them and I am not impressed. She needed to see a doctor. They wouldn’t send anyone and limited themselves to calling 111. She could have done that herself. This is the second time they have not provided help when needed. I live abroad so I could not go myself. We will be looking into other alarm services.

My father had a hears alarm, he passed away from parkinson’s disease. Been in a bad place. Took me a while to come to terms with it. Cared for him everyday for over 6 years, whilst working full time.
Dad was in hospital for 3 months, came out for a hour to a nursing then back to hospital. 2 weeks later died.
Get a bill for not returning equipment which in fairness should have been done quicker on my part. Anyone who’s lost a parent will understand the grief. The main unit is being returned but the pendant around his neck that he wore for years has gone missing, nursing home or hospital.
Want to charge me £50 to replace it. ” unfortunately we are going to have to charge you because you are next of kin “.
Still paying of my dads funeral. Lovely company no compassion. Surely not going to reuse a pendant that had been round my dads neck for years.
