Hatch Mill is an exceptional care home , and i am very happy with the care for my father over the last 8 months . It is very well run – i notice regular staff training , health and safety checks on equipment and fire alarms, good communication with relatives , always clean and sweet smelling -good entertainment.
Primarily I am confident that my very vulnerable father is being well cared for and treated with respect.

I have been at hatch now nearly 5 years and couldn’t ask for a better team to work with, this includes the domestics, kitchen staff etc. through covid we pulled together even more so as the residents needed even more support with the unknown they faced from not seeing there family. an amazing home who put people first.
