After I initially contacted Maria, she arranged a consultation to get a clearer idea of what I was looking for and explained her prices which were very reasonable. Admittedly I wasn’t very helpful in explaining what I wanted but by showing pictures of her work, I was able to articulate what I did and didn’t like. She also provided advice on using toner and products to prolong the colour. I felt no pressure to proceed after the initial consultation but was happy to do so.
On the day, Maria arrived promptly and checked in with me all the way through to ensure she understood exactly what I wanted from my colour and cut. She was friendly, chatty and and approachable throughout.
