I have used Guardian Angels Carers – Farnham for about 4 years now, for my elderly Mother who has Alzheimer’s. Initially visits were on a day care basis to help with medication and over the last 2.5 years we’ve moved to their live in care service. Overall I have been extremely happy with the carers who have been provided. No company can get a perfect track record of carers as no one is perfect and not all carer/client combinations work. However, our current carer, who has been with us nearly 2 years goes beyond every expectation and really is an Angel.

Carers from Guardian Angels enabled my highly independent 95+ year-old mother could stay in her home for several years longer than she might otherwise have done. She loved them all and often said they gave her incredibly practical advice and she learned a lot from them. They were always cheery, worked really hard but weren’t intrusive. She has now moved into a home but has retained one of her Guardian Angels to go walking with her every week. Highly recommend.

Guardian Angels served my Mum and Dad really well for a year and a half before Dad needed a nursing home after a stroke, due to limited space at home and more carer needs. The few issues we had over that time (not the fault of Guardian Angels) were sorted out quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this care agency, and loved the directors’ assurance (as ex-military officers) that ‘If we can do it, we will make it happen, whatever it takes.’
