We had the pleasure of having our wedding reception at Greyfriars House. Unfortunately we had to postpone twice and make lots of changes to our original plans due to Covid but Libby and the team couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. The venue and grounds are stunning and I would highly recommend having your wedding or holding an event here.

Visited here for a client’s wedding. The house was spacious, modern and had a nice rustic feel to it. The owners dog sometimes makes an appearance – a lovely, friendly Labrador. Staff were great and an overall impressive wedding venue.

What can we say? The service from Libby at Greyfriars was exceptional.
The ceremony room was beautiful, the tall glass windows letting the late afternoon light pour in.
Libby allowed us to decorate as we wished and answered every question we had positively and without hesitation.
The House itself was beautiful, we loved the bar area with the open fireplace and the Bridal Suite upstairs was a fantastic space to find composure before saying I do!
Views from the property are stunning and the enormous gardens provided an abundance of photo opportunities.
Whilst the venue can hold large numbers, our small wedding of 30 still felt intimate and beautiful. We had the perfect day.
