Fantastic service. Came on a pallet. Was informed all the way. The photo’s just doesn’t do this mobility scooter justice. Looks amazing. Nice and sturdy. Climbs hills with ease. Only used on the path at the moment but am looking forward to doing the full 8mph in the road once I have got used to it.
Has left and right hand controls in case one hand/arm gets tired.
Comes with bottle holder on the tiller and has usb ports too.
The lockable box is great too.
My free gift of a rain cover for when it’s parked outside in all weathers is of great quality too.
I would recommend getting a good quality motorbike chain and padlock for insurance purposes.
You get a 1 month insurance on it too which is always a good perk.
I would highly recommend using Freedom Mobility.

From the first contact this has been an impressive experience. There was no pressure to buy just first rate information and support. Once the mobility scooter had been delivered they followed up and gave support and advice when i requested it.

All in all i very happy that i decided to with this company and product, not only because the scooter is exactly what i need but also for the quality, expertise and approchability of the staff.

I was looking for a lightweight mobility scooter on 26 Dec. I gave up looking as so many to choose from. Dom phoned me on 27th. I advised the most important things for me with a mobility scooter – had to have removable battery, had to be light weight as I am on my own and need to lift into car etc, anyway, he advised me of the perfect one for me. I did my research online checking the scooter out and it matched all my needs. Despite changing the colour three times – Don was very patient and understanding. We completed the sale on 29th and this morning, 30th, one beautiful blue scooter arrived. I went for the monarch genie lightweight – I lifted it off the pallet myself – which is amazing! Freedoms Mobility have well trained staff that care, are respectful of our needs and understand. The sale went through with no issues and the scooter arrived by 9.00 this morning. It was already assembled so I didn’t even have to mess around with that part. It’s now sat in my hall charging ready to test it out later today. I am extremely happy with the service I received and the choice of scooter! This scooter is exactly what I need to gain my freedom back. Photos below is how it arrived, wrapped and secured onto a pallet – which I was able to lift off easily – and once unwrapped I put on charge. Reading the manual that came with it is a must. Very happy customer
