I had Marianne’s prepare a “Pretty Pastel Bouquet” to be sent to my elderly aunt in Merrimac. Delivery was timely and aunt was thrilled, not just with the thought, but with the bouquet, which she categorized as “spectacular”–lovely arrangement, very fresh, and “filled the air with delightful aromas”. I am in New York and will use Marianne’s again when needed. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I ordered flowers from their website to be delivered to my mother for her birthday. I paid extra for the “premium” size of the arrangement. My mother sent me a picture of the arrangement they delivered to her, and I was so embarrassed that she thinks that is what I ordered for her birthday. The arrangement was so minuscule compared to what is shown on their website. It didn’t even look like the normal size of the arrangement, let alone the premium. I emailed the store with photos asking for a partial refund, but they didn’t even bother to respond. I will never get flowers from them again, and I advise anyone else that plans on ordering flowers from them to be delivered to someone to look for another florist.

Fantastic customer service, even for a same-day order. The flowers were more beautiful in person than I even expected and they are staying fresh for several days post/delivery. Definitely recommend and would order from them again in a heartbeat!
