Visited the Felixstowe mobility shop earlier this week and the man made my experience very welcoming and caring. I injured my knee in sport and was dying for a day at the beach was worried about the hike down to the beach from the train station. This kind man allowed me to hire a wheelchair for the day no issues or rudeness just genuine kindness. When we returned the wheelchair the man was so polite and glad we had a good day that he was very generous. Definitely would recommend this store if you are in need of any help for the day or for a long term help I recommend you go to this store.
