I’m a war veteran with mobility issues and service matters, not just my service; but SERVICE!
Felgains of Ipswich not only helped me select the perfect mobility boot scooter for my needs, but the salesman (Barry) was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The whole experience was smooth and he even negotiated a £200 discount on the price as a good will gesture for my service to this great country.
I first came to the Ipswich branch in 2007 and my ancient scooter that had lasted decades was replaced with a Pride go go compact mobility scooter. By the time I had drank a cup of coffee it was ready to go in my boot.
This was a complete 10/10 experience and I would urge anybody to think FELGAINS the next time they need any help with their mobility requirements.

Felgains were helpful and efficient in the purchase of our Quickie50R Carbon. Pre-sale service was excellent, but we felt that the delivery of the item lacked customer support as it was delivered by Fedex in a broken box! Thankfully the item itself was not damaged.
This was not what we expected, as we thought they would deliver the item and go over the operation of the chair as well as ask any questions we had. As had been done with our previous purchase of a chair from a different supplier.
It does leave you a little apprehensive about future customer support, despite assurances before the power chair was purchased.

After several weeks looking at rollator reviews & watching videos I managed to find a model that would be suitable for my needs.

I phoned them on a Wednesday just to confirm that they recommend this model for myself and then placed an order through Annie.
My first ever rollator (Rehasense Server XC) arrived early Friday morning, East Anglia to Devon.
