I visited today for new sports orthotics and was extremely impressed with the whole experience.
The service was exceptional from start to finish. The assessment was far more thorough than anything I have experienced before, with real attention to detail in understanding the issue, my activity levels, footwear, gait, and what I needed from the orthotics. Everything was explained clearly and professionally, and I felt genuinely listened to throughout.
The new sports orthotics were fitted carefully and feel very well considered for my needs. What stood out most was the level of care, knowledge and precision. It did not feel rushed or generic in any way.
I would highly recommend Megan to anyone looking for a proper, detailed assessment and high-quality orthotic support, especially for sports or activity-related foot issues.
I left feeling very confident that I was in excellent hands.

I took my 17 y/o son to see Megan who was incredibly friendly and professional. What really impressed me was that she carefully assessed my feet (having up to date technology) and moulded custom insoles there and then which was extremely convenient. She took the time to explain everything clearly and showed genuine care for my comfort and wellbeing. I would highly recommend her to anyone for their foot health needs.
