Excellence Care are exactly what their name says: excellent.
The standard of care they deliver is impeccable. Every member of staff I have dealt with has been professional, respectful, reliable, compassionate and genuinely attentive. The consistency across the whole team is what has impressed me most. This is exactly how a care provider should operate when supporting people who are vulnerable, unwell or elderly. They treat you like a person, not a time slot or a number on a rota. If you are looking for a care provider for yourself or a loved one, look no further. It was the best place I ever lived. I messed up. Even with lots of warnings which I ignored,I had to leave.
But now I have been given a second chance even though I now live in Walthamstow which I must admit it’s better than Pitsea. But Excellence care in being unwell for quite a few years they were and now are the best I’ve found to take care of me.
