Really lovely community center with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I recently visited for the May 18th Remembrance Day event organized by our Tamil community, and it was a meaningful experience. The venue was clean, spacious, and perfect for bringing people together to remember and honor our history and loved ones. The event was organized very well, and even the traditional kanji served made it feel personal and comforting. A great place for community events and gatherings. Highly recommended!

The building is ok but parking is tight and should be made to be one way system for easier use.

I had a booking for the lounge in elmscroft for staff Christmas party..I received confirmation and the payment was made in advance. Sent numerous emails enquiring about key collection but did no receive any response..When we reached at the venue there was nobody..it was dark and all doors were locked..My colleagues and their kids had been waiting outside in cold weather holding everything required..We had been looking forward to this get together for months and staff did off request on duty roaster and swaps to make it best..Being the one who did the booking I felt myself embarrassed and insulted..We had no other option but go home ..I received a reply saying sorry as it was not recorded in the diary and I was offered my refund which is great..They have no emergency contact number..Everything has to be done via mail..
If you plan to book any event at this venue please be cautious as you may also be embarrassed before your invitees no matter how much effort you put..and the end you will have to be satisfied with an apology and refund..won’t recommend it at all
