I was having trouble finding a light scooter to fit in my car until Grant stepped in and found me the perfect scooter. The service was brilliant and I would definitely use them again.

Words can not describe the phenomenal service I have received from East Coast Mobility.
I telephoned the shop and asked if they could help. My partner has terminal cancer and recently became bed bound after losing the ability to walk.
I explained everything to a lovely lady who then put me through to Grant. He went above and beyond to provide us with everything we needed to enable my partner to obtain the ability to go downstairs again. Grant and his team provided and installed all in a few days. Absolutely outstanding. Thank you all so much for everything.

Would like to give a huge shout out and thanks to Josh and the team here after they helped us out big time after my mobility scooter drive motor decided to burn out as we arrived in the area for a few days break! I totally rely on my scooter and Josh said he would check around their workshop and fortunately found an identical rear wheel and motor assembly which he offered to loan us for the duration of our break FOC! Once again a huge thank you and if we lived in this area they would be our 1st call for mobility needs,give them a go,great customer service 🙂👍

Exceptional service, I can’t recommend these people highly enough.
My wife and I were looking to replace our heavy auto fold mobility scooters. We visited them 3 times over a week to decide which scooters were best for us.
On every visit they were very friendly and informative. They understood we were on a budget and due to our disabilities we struggle to lift our scooters into our car. They recommended a couple of scooters which would be best suited for our needs. We chose a make and model with their guidance and we got an amazing deal for two new scooters and a generous trade in for my big Daytona XLR scooter which we were very happy with.
I can not thank Grant and his team enough for all their help and friendly service throughout.
They provide lovely biscuits too🤣.
If anyone is looking for a new mobility scooter you can’t go wrong with them.

Just would like to say what a wonderful after service we had today. My elderly father in law bought a little motility scooter a couple of months ago. Wonderful service then and today fitted wing mirrors on. Thank you for your friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service. I only gave u 5 stars but u deserve lots more.
