Exceptional and highly professional: Immi visited the hospital to assess my sister’s complex needs, discussing them with staff to help them understand her needs fully. It was so reassuring to have Immi to turn to at this difficult and pivotal time and her professional presence at a following multi-disciplinary team meeting served to provide us all with structured information that has helped build a plan for the future incorporating possibilities that we simply wouldn’t have thought about without her knowledge and expertise. Had a lovely experience with CMS. Shaun sorted me out some new wheels for my wheelchair and a power assist too and omg it’s made life so much easier already! I have just collected my new wheelchair from Clinical Mobility Solutions. Shaun who is a wheelchair specialist was very knowledgeable and had a very kind persona. I have used a wheelchair all my life and Shaun was very good on taking on board my preferences and ideas with then giving me the pros and cons. The new chair will take a bit of getting used to but overall seems very good.
The communication could have been better with the company with regards to estimated delivery date. They gave the impression that I would get an estimated date within 2-3 weeks of payment. This did not happen and from then on I was chasing for updates. This is no reflection on Shaun who was not involved in this email exchange.
I would recommend CMS and am really glad I found them after another wheelchair specialist let me down after ordering.
