We hired this venue for a bank holiday family meet-up for around 90 people. The day was a great success with the Tracey making everything run smoothly. Communication from the start with Heather was spot on, including a tour before we booked. Stunning barn, awesome scenery, loads of parking, well kept grounds, plenty of amenities, etc – we wouldn’t go anywhere else. All the family who came said this was the best venue they’ve been to. Would highly recommended Chalk Barn to anyone seeking a venue for any special event.

Married on 19/03/2026. I am not sure where to start when talking about the staff at Chalk Barn, they are simply wonderful. For the last 18 months Tracy has helped us plan the wedding of our dreams, leaving no detail to chance. Multiple times we had video calls to run through the whole day start to finish, and by the time our special day came, it ran absolutely flawlessly. Tracy was always so professional, but at the same time we grew such a lovely relationship with her and really appreciated her calm and organised nature. Whenever we needed Tracy, she was always an email away and responded to us so quickly. Thank you for all you help and hard work Tracy, we could not have planned our beautiful day without you!
Lincoln, while being extremely professional and detail orientated, was also our sense of calm and reassurance throughout the entire wedding day. Lincoln made sure that he knew everything about us and our plans for the day, and immediately took any stress and worry from us, ensuring we could just enjoy every minute. Nothing at all was missed, the day ran seamlessly, and I cannot thank the Chalk team enough!!
We met Di the day before our wedding, and she was just fantastic. You could tell that the whole team was experienced in what they were doing and were so dedicated to us and giving us our dream day. Di even went through the trouble of hand delivering some heel protectors for the grass to the mother of the bride, the morning of the wedding, since our beautiful wedding was on the grass outside. This truely shows how the whole team go above and beyond, and put their hearts into what they are doing.
We will miss you now that we have had our day! We could never thank you enough.

Chalk was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first visited we fell in love with the place. It feels intimate and cosy and the team are wonderful. They really went out of their way to make everything flow and work in line with what we wanted. It was fantastic to be able to set up the day before – it made it feel like the venue was truly ours. The food was genuinely incredible and all of our guests were very complementary. We would highly recommend going with Chalk!

We got married at Chalk Barn and honestly couldn’t have wished for a more perfect venue. From start to finish, everything was seamless, stunning and so personal. The barn itself is breathtaking. Modern yet full of warmth and charm, surrounded by the most incredible countryside views. Chalk was the only venue we viewed in person, after looking at so many online, nothing even came close to what we were looking for and the moment we saw Chalk we knew this was the one! 🤍
A huge shoutout to Tracy, Lincoln & Sian, who went above and beyond to make our day everything we dreamed of and more. Nothing was ever too much trouble and their communication, organisation and genuine care made us feel completely at ease. Every detail was handled so thoughtfully and it truly showed in how effortlessly the day flowed.
Every single one of our guests commented on how amazing the venue was, from the incredible food to the atmosphere. chalk will always hold such a special place in our hearts and it’s the perfect setting for the best day of your life.

I don’t even know where to begin!
Our wedding day was on the 11th October and it was everything we’ve ever dreamed of and more!! We booked chalk barn back in April 2023 and from the very beginning, Tracy and Lincoln were just amazing! The planning process was a breeze and they made everything so much more calmer! They went through how everything was going to go by hour and it was just the most perfect day! The food was amazing – people are still telling us how incredible it was! The staff were all so lovely and the surrounding views are just breathtaking!
Again , we just want to thank all the team of chalk barn for giving us the best day.
