Really disappointed with the service. Off hand receptionist when I went into book an appointment (waited two months to get either a first appointment on a Friday as no Saturdays available) and then a very rude welcome when I arrived for my appointment. Albeit I had mixed up appointment times which was totally my fault but was handled so badly- practically shouted at told I could only have one appointment and I would rebook the second. Optician was very pleasant and helpful.

I had suddenly developed a problem with my vision so I phoned and was given an appointment an hour later. Over the phone the gentleman who took my details was calm and reassuring. On arrival I had some initial checks done and then waited in the beautiful waiting room upstairs. After being checked out very professionally as well as being told the diagnosis I was given written information to take away. All the staff were incredibly pleasant and professional. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Went to opticians week ago.i suffer ptsd and severe anxiety. This made me feel worse as they had now moved premises. But I found atmosphere relaxing staff very good no rushing. Waiting time was good.just Waiting to pick new glasses up now.
