Disgusting company, when concerns were raised regarding there staff I was told that I was lying and if I want to complain next time I should make sure I have cctv evidence or not bother which i have proof in an email. People should work in care only if they actually care where as I found out this companies staff that I have had the unfortunate pleasure dealing with only wanted to make there lives easier rather than what the actual client wants/needs.

Not a company that I would recommend, great promises of attendance and phone verifications however the reality is far short of this, we now use private carers and another care company that are all superb, my advice is find someone else.
