We visited CareCo on recommendation and we were not disappointed.
On entering Keith was very welcoming and friendly.
We were looking for a travel scooter for my 92 year old mother, Keith gave us sound advice as to her needs. She tried a couple of scooters out, she could spend as much time as she liked. He showed us how to take the scooter apart and put it back together, more than once. Nothing was too much trouble.
We came away with a lovely scooter, my mother is very pleased with.
Would definitely recommend CareCo.

Lawrence was helpful today when we came in for advice which outdoor use walker to buy . He explained the larger wheels give a more cushioned walk when going over concrete , stones , pavement ups and downs. He was happy answering all our questions and was professional throughout. The wife and I went to the Ipswich branch to look and purchase a mobility scooter on Monday. Was assisted by salesman Keith, he asked what out needs were and he showed us some models what would do the job. He explained in detail about it how it worked and how it stripped down to put into the car. He made the whole process so easy. We purchased the go cosmic it was delivered the very next morning. We both highly recommend CareCo Ipswich and a big thank you to Keith

My 90 year old mother was in need of a new buggy walker so I took her to the showroom of Careco in Ipswich. The equipment was set up well and we were invited to try out and walk around with the buggies that my mother was interested in. Keith who had helped us with all the information about each buggy, then left us to move with the buggy around the store so that my mother could work out which one was best for her needs. He left us to do this, ensuring there was no pressure on my mother. Keith was attentive to my mother’s need. My mother later commented that it was lovely having someone who listed was attentive to her need, gave her time to think all without any pressure to buy.
I would highly recommend a visit before you just buy if it is possible as you really know what you are buying because you have seen and tried the equipment. We did purchase a buggy and it will be delivered to our door within a couple of days. We have a greater confidence in our purchase and know exactly what to expect. Delivery to our door also is a bonus as we would have had two buggy’s to fit in my small car on return home otherwise.

Jane was so very caring and didn’t rush us in any way. She was helpful, knowledgable, and kind.
