We first ordered a mobility scooter on line from Careco when it arrived we found it to be too big and heavy so arranged for it to be returned which was very easy. We then visited the Camberley showroom where Tom Murrell served us and what a very knowledgeable and pleasant man he was so very helpful. We purchased a different model of mobility scooter and arranged for it to be delivered to the showroom so they could unpack and check it for us. We have yet to pick it up but the service from this company is excellent throughly recommend.

From the moment we entered the showroom we were greeted and asked if we needed any help. I had taken my Godmother to buy her first walker and she knew she wanted 4 wheels for stability and one that could be made taller as she is quite tall. By the time we got to the corner of the shop Graeme at the Camberly branch had 5 down and on the floor for her to look at. He clearly explained what the sale Consisted of and their different features. There was no pushy salesmanship and no feeling of being rushed. She was shown how to use a walking aid safely and explained why the setting were so important and some of the typical mistakes people make that can leave them at risk of falls.
Once she had chosen the one she thought she wanted and it was not the most expensive but the most suitable one and very reasonably priced. Graeme made her walk around the store and checked she was managing to use it safely and that it worked well. When asked about extra storage she was shown a selection of possibilities and chose some that suited her and her needs.
He also explained how it would arrive and said if we needed help putting it together we could take the parcel to the showroom and they would do it for us but also showed me how easy it was. He also explained the delivery and returns policy which really reassured us both. The walker arrived the next day with the additional storage bag, my aunt was so happy and we were both surprised by the speed of the delivery and would highly recommend CareCo.
Thank you for having such a good range and to be made to feel comfortable and relaxed even though the showrrrom was very busy, we were not rushed or made to feel an inconv(even when we were asking a million questions), thank you CareCo and a special thank you to Graeme. He deserves to be recognised for such amazing service and for showing so much respect for my elderly Godmother and he also allowed he to use it to get to the car as that will be a big part of giving her the ability to get out and about again

Recently visited the Camberley showroom to get my dad a wheel chair. Easy to find and good parking with a ramp up to the entrance. My dad was unable to walk and the staff got him a wheelchair and helped us get him from the car to the shop/showroom. Thomas (Tom) Murrell, was extremely helpful, patient and compassionate with both my elderly parents. He listened to what we needed, gave us some great advice, let my dad try out multiple chairs until he was happy. Just the right level of helping us versus letting us have time to test/discuss (nothing worse than a pushy sales staff who follows you around). They had what we wanted in stock. Tom helped get it out of the box, assemble it, was incredibly patient in helping my mum learn how to do it, and then helped us get my dad back to and into the car. Wonderful service. Fabulous in-store service. Rob was extremely knowledgeable as were the rest of the team. The store room was well stocked and extremely clean.
Robs expert knowledge and patience gave myself and husband the time to consider all options and which was best suited to me and my needs by also the right chair for my husband to comfortable push and manoeuvre. We felt really listened to and grateful for Robe compassion and genuine interest in my difficulties and the best way to support me.

Great service from Graeme at CareCo Camberley. I visited with my parents who were looking to purchase a wheelchair. Graeme was friendly and very knowledgeable with no hard sell. He addressed the needs of both my parents and left us alone for a while to try the wheelchair and discuss which was appreciated.
Overall very happy with our purchase and service received.
