Our family member was cared for with great dignity, compassion and respect. The care workers were very professional and kind, caring for both their client and the family, they were wonderful. We called them our Care Angels. The service provided was excellent, the consistency of same carers worked well and they built a lovely relationship with us all. Their timekeeping was great. The service managers were very accommodating to our requests to changes in service and excellent communicating with us. Their personal touch was second to none, they were superb and incredibly kind and compassionate.
