I have 15 care visits a week from Brighter Days. I look forward to their visits and its like a sprinkling of fairy dust as they walk through the door. We sing, we laugh and then laugh some more, we joke and dance (well they dance) There are more serious aspects they have to deal with and they handle with professionalism and care. There are certain aspects I get very anxious about but whatever is thrown at them they just accept it with good grace and make it ok and this means the world to me.
Dont get me wrong there have been hiccups along the way but they always try and help where they can and if they cant they suggest alternatives. I now have a regular team of ladies and it works well. I have started an exercise group and also volunteering and everyone has supported me to do so in fact one carer has offered to come in early so that I can do my volunteering.
Christina and Emma L are my main contacts in the office and are amazing.
My team of magic fairies are Hannah, Claire, Kira, Carianne, Bridget & Lisa who never fail to brighten my days and give me something to look forward to.

Don’t actually assist to care problems, when medication needs ,need addressing just ignore, also unwilling to address cultural problems, wouldn’t recommend if a loved one has dementia

Emma and her team cared for my 95 yr old Mum for the last 15 months of her life . The carers were very kind, empathetic, patient and well trained. Emma dealt promptly with any challenges and resolved them quickly . A heartfelt thank you to all the girls who looked after Mum. Having used other care companies in the past Shrewton is lucky to have Brighter Days in the village.
