Over the last 30 years or so we have seen & experienced quite a few care agencies called to look after, initially our disabled brother in law, & in the last 20 years, his disabled wife whose care needs have increased in the last few years .
Most of them failed to provide the appropriate care needed & therefore created an atmosphere of mistrust for both the family member they were supposed to “look after” and for us too, the immediate family.
Therefore after many failures NEVER did we expect a care agency to actually live by their names .
Blue Angel Care are exceptional in their whole approach to care for the disabled & elderly. Their expertise, understanding & professionalism are well beyond expectations.
They are truly caring .
I would like to specifically mention carers Alison & Jaspreet, and the formidable Emma in the office.
We cannot recommend this agency more highly .

Blue Angel Care are a well organised and approachable company. They do their best to meet the needs of their client and are very helpful.
The carers I have met so far especially my mothers main carer are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and they put my mother first. So kind and Mum who can be quite a challenge sometimes is very relaxed when her carer is there.
Yesterday was very challenging for Mums carer as she arrived to hear Mum screaming. The carer couldn’t get in so looked through the letter box to find Mum on the floor and smoke in the house.
Mums carer dealt with this calmly and no harm came to Mum although we did end up with a house full of lovely fireman.
I highly recommend Blue Angels if you are looking for a compassionate, caring and well organised company for your loved ones.

I cannot recommend a Care Agency more highly. Blue Angel are exactly what they call themselves. Each Carer is an angel. Kind, caring, patient and thoughtful. Concerned about in change in their client’s condition and addressing it immediately. Amazing patience and are more than Carers; but like friends! I feel they are an answer to a prayer…no wonder they are angels!
