Compared to another Lowestoft mobility centre who had my scooter for almost two weeks, said they couldn’t get the part I needed, and suggested a trade in, these lovely people sourced the part and fitted it within a matter of days, they were so very helpful, kept me in the loop as to what was happening, and sent out a very knowledgeable and efficient gentleman to repair it, at a very reasonable cost. I would definitely use them again in the future and would be confident to recommend them to others.
