I just wanted to drop a quick note to say how much Mum, Dad and the family enjoyed Dad’s birthday celebration yesterday.

Without exception, your team are absolutely incredible. They looked after everyone so well, were kind and caring and showed a genuine level of commitment that I don’t think I have seen in any 5 star deluxe hotel anywhere. You should be really proud of the team you have built, they are amazing. I can see why White Lodge has such a good reputation.

My dear mother passed away recently after enjoying her final months in the care of the incredible White Lodge team. It’s difficult to find the words to express the highest level of thanks to Ramona and her team for creating such a wonderful place for mum to spend her time. The weekly events that were organised gave mum experiences she could never have dreamt of and the care the staff provided was far beyond someone just doing their job. The team expressed passion in their work, treated mum with utmost dignity and supported me and my family through the most painful final hours. Thank you to each and every one of you. You are all so very special people

A wonderful afternoon celebrating my Mum’s 90th birthday! A huge thanks to Shayla for decorating the room and making it so special. The room looked incredible! Thank you also to Richard and the team for the wonderful food and beautiful cake. We were all able to relax and enjoy the party because White Lodge did all the hard work. Mum really enjoyed the afternoon and precious memories were made for the family. ❤️
