We rang to update our will after applying for a telephone call after seeing great reviews. During the call we established what we wanted, and Joshua gave us exactly what we needed and sent us the links to give the information begore our next meeting. We then arranged a face to face appointment where all the details were given, advice given etc to make our wills. Everything was done dogh empathy, kindness and no question was left unanswered. We were then sent our draft copies and then the originals. Every step of the way we were asked if we had received everything we needed. I would definitely recommend Joshua for their professionalism and empathy and also for providing a first class service for what we needed.
