Very friendly staff and always with a smile on their faces. Yes, the gym is small but it’s all you need to get in shape. Depends what time you go in as well, but for me it suits my needs, especially as I live just around the corner. 😅

Small gym, not a lot of equipment. Unfortunately, I got my membership before taking a look at the gym. But I will just use membership at five rivers in Salisbury instead because I hear their better. Staff nice tho

The facilities have vastly improved now, so decent selection of equipment compared with years gone by. Separating the free weights out from the CV was a huge success. The atmosphere is extremely friendly and that is all down to the staff, they are such nice people. Complete beginners will feel at home here because you don’t get any of the snobbery some larger venues suffer from. I would highly recommend to anyone from any level to come try the gym.
