It’s clear appointments are prioritised over the walk-in X-ray services & the lady answering the phone today (16/06) needs her attitude sorting out speaking to concerned family members. She expressed zero concern of what my mum had to go through & refused to answer my questions & hung up.

On May 27, 2026, I had an X-ray at the Aldershot Health Centre. Any took the X-ray. She was polite and friendly, and the procedure was done quick and professionally. The reception staff were also friendly and professional.

Went for a blood test via my local GP Surgery in Fleet.
The ladies in the main reception were very welcoming and directed me in the right direction.
The lady in the blood test area welcomed me and assisted me to check in and proceeded to take my sample. A Great experience first time at this health centre !!!

Awful. Have been trying to get to bottom of an issue for almost 12 months. I get told nothing wrong and passed around these GPs with minimal referral to specialist. I will find out how to submit a complaint and for compensation and will be detailing who disregarded my symptoms. How much we pay in tax and you can’t even do the right thing and help people instead have to call back up wait 4 weeks for a generic appointment told nothing wrong. So you think I want to waste my time if nothing wrong. Rinse and repeat. Disgusting!

Available parking, close to building, £0.60 for first hour! Seriously… double checked it’s NHS, triple checked the price!
Appointment was on time too.
