Excessive turn over of staff carers inform us of new customers even when our visits are not covered the carers are lovely however the conpany is not managed well Rostas are sent (only a couple of days before for one week) and then changed which is not good for continuity of care, always short staffed care times are always changed and staffing always changed. Covid guidelines not followed staff don’t wear ppe during visits and informed by carers staff are asked to attend calls when positive of covid due to not being able to get cover ‘can you do one call then go home’

I have employed carers via 24/7 Care Ltd for over 2.5yrs to assist in the highly complex care needs of both my parents. My father was immobile, non communicative and on palliative care, Dec 2018 he was given 2 months by consultants to live however through the excellent care of the dedicated attentive and reliable, friendly staff my father regained some ability to communicate and a positive lifestyle despite his severe medical difficulties. The staff are honest, caring, well trained, trustworthy, professional, reliable and sensitive to the clients needs. I cannot thank the staff and management enough for having given this very high standard of care.
Their care throughout Covid was exceptional and at no time did they create any anxiety or reduce their professionalism. Despite the demands on the staff throughout the last 2.5yrs I have never experienced any difficulties, always been reliable and delivered exactly what has been agreed with the owner of the agency who is very approachable.
As my father reached the end of his life in January 2021 the staff showed sensitivity and care that excelled their role of giving basic care and reflected that they are all dedicated and caring people.
My mum continues to receive excellent care from the agency staff, she has a serious personality disorder and advance dementia, being mobile has bought its own additional difficulties when she has suffered episodes of psychosis. The staff have shown a huge amount of compassion, patience and kindness.
They have managed their own grief for the loss of my father and other clients in a professional manner. They are well trained, supported and offer a service and input into clients lives of the highest professional standard I highly recommend the agency if wishing to employ carers to assist and care for Loved Ones within the community.

Be Very Careful!!!
I have been with this company for approx 2 years and at first the level of professionalism I received was good and In fact there are a couple of carers, whom are efficient, respectful and wonderfully experienced.
Sadly of late being introduced to one carer after another a few whom have no respect, clearly are not interested and more concerned with propping themselves up on my furniture, walls and standing in front of me with their hands on hips are better placed in a youth club along with their attitudes.
I was let down on the day with no carer in sight, putting my health at great risk and this was when more than adequate notice was given for cover.
Roll on a few more weeks and more calls are not being able to be covered, adding undue stress and worry for myself and my family.
I appreciate Covid has not helped, but equally there have been no reports of any carer from 24 contracting the illness.
I can only hope that if you choose this company, your future care will be met with respect and dignity.
