🌸 Love the Flower Boutique 🌸

I met Katie when she delivered roses to patients and relatives in the hospice on Valentine’s Day to brighten their day. It was just such a thoughtful gesture for people at a difficult time in their lives and her kind and caring nature just shone through.
When my mum died we found our usual florist had closed down, so I contacted Katie to see if she would be willing to do my mum’s funeral flowers.
I wanted something a little less formal to the arrangements I had previously had made for funerals and for the stems to be left long to use the flowers afterwards in flower arrangements so that they wouldn’t be left to wither and die.
My mum loved gardening and I asked for a celebration of spring for her with certain flowers like tulips and roses and forsythia and cherry blossom which had specific sentimental meaning to her.
Katie listened to our family story , made a few suggestions for other flowers that would work well and wove these flowers beautifully into the coffin topper.
Not only that but she did it all at one of the busiest time of year as the funeral coincided with Mother’s Day weekend and she was working all hours to fulfil the multiple orders x
I’d highly recommend Katie, she was very helpful with good communication and the flowers are beautiful.
