Our mum has been at Moormead for two years now. We are happy with the quality of her care. She has a lovely room on the ground floor..The nurses are brilliant, especially Arlene and Almary. Mum has plenty to keep her occupied and a large TV in her own room. She has been able to join in group activities in the communal room, they do group films and singalongs. At the moment, sadly, she is bedbound but we hope she will be up and able to sit in chair soon. It would be nice if there were more variety in activities, but overall she is very happy and comfortable there.

My father waas placed in , what i can only discribe as a store room with a bed . There was a toilet with a basin in the room but no door on this not even a curtian up . He was on the secoond floor . The residents are not allowed to use the stairs as they are too dangerous . The lift that is very old, broke and for the best part of a fortnight my father was made to stay in his room. We couldnt get him out of there quick enough . Dreadful place

My mum has been here for a few years now . She is so well looked after . The staff are lovely very attentive and caring. They have regular entertainment and have won an award for Best Care Home in Wiltshire. I have peace of mind knowing my mum is here .
