One of the best care homes you could ever wish for.
My father was a resident here for several years and due to the care and diligence of all the staff members he felt safe and at home. Theres always a friendly atmosphere and the residents are extremely well looked after. The team are dedicated and kept me well informed of how my father was even during the lockdown. I cannot commend everyone enough for the care my father received and will keep intouch even though he has now passed. This place is a fantastic, caring home and should not be overlooked because of its size.

Great Home – Excellent Care-
After a prolonged stay in Hospital & severe decline in both physical & mental health Mum had to face the reality that she could no longer safely live independently, no matter how much she wanted to.
She visited a few Care Homes but did not take to any, too big, too noisy… until she walked through the doors of Bluebells. She instantly felt at home and agreed to give it a trial.
There was a room which would shortly be available and whilst all the admin etc was being dealt with the Bluebells team worked with us to make sure that her room would be ready and inviting for her. We were encouraged to style her room with personal belongings and choice of colour schemes etc.
Her Health, Well Being and speech quickly improved dramatically. She was happy, felt safe and enjoying herself again.
The entire Bluebells team are always very welcoming and willing to go that extra step to ensure the care given is appropriate , timely and the family kept informed.
When I mentioned that I was travelling to Europe for a few weeks they instantly suggested to arrange Skype/Facetime etc so Mum could still interact with me.
I have only praise for the entire team at Bluebells for their professionalism in, the Care , Consideration and Compassion given to their Residents and Families.
