I have very good experience with orchards residential care home . Their staff and management is very cooperative and nice . Very friendly environment.

If there was a way of giving no stars I would. Do not put your loved one here. My relative was given wrong dosage of medication, was ignored when they needed help, or even just the toilet. The manager, Julie, has been nasty, bullish and dismissive towards the family, about the issues, so we have to report to the CQC, to stop this happening to others. We tried to speak to their head office too, but they did nothing. These previous reviews look made up I’m afraid. If you love your parent, do not put them here.
