Willowbrook is absolutely amazing and looks after our Mum/Grandmother so well. The staff are so caring and kind. We are here every day so know that this is genuine and we are so grateful! Mum has been here 6 months now and this was our first time experiencing private dining to celebrate her granddaughter’s 21st birthday and they were brilliant! Thanks Kim, Jonny, Stan, Elly, Ellie, Louise, Maria and Nicola and everyone who I should be naming and hope you know who you are! for looking after her so well xxx

My Mum had a fall before Christmas & after she came out of hospital booked her into Willowbrook View care home for respite. What a lovely clean modern care home with lots of facilities. Their main quality are the staff. Absolutely professional, caring & just lovely people, always available and on the ball. Myself & my Brother & all the family would like to genuinely thank everyone single one of you for your caring, friendly empathy.

My Mother-in-law is happy and well looked after by a great team of dedicated carers. She is enjoying all the varied activities laid on by the entertainment crew and having her hair done in the salon with the wonderful hairdresser. The bistro and reception staff are great, taking good care of both the residents and families. The home looks very festive for Christmas.

I have had the pleasure to have visited Willowbrook View several times since since it recently opened. I have been booked by Emily, the Activities Co-Ordinator there, to play an hour of piano music for the residents during which time we exchange stories between myself, residents and staff. As we go along, I tailor my playlist to requests that are made during the hour. Old and new songs jog memories and allow the residents to participate if they want to, or just listen if they’d prefer!
The care home is absolutely beautiful, the staff are lovely and extremely welcoming. I have had a lot of experience perfoming at residential and care homes over the past twenty or so years and Willowbrook is, in my opinion, certainly one of the best I’ve ever seen.

Willowbrook View is a brand new Care Home on the outskirts of Swindon.
I discovered it because I was looking for short term palliative care for my Mum – she was desperate to get out of hospital; not quite at end of life for Prospect Hospice and unable to be cared for at home as she required more than one carer.
Willowbrook caters for all and they were the perfect solution for our dilemma…and nothing like what I expected from a Care Home. In fact, it feels like you are stepping into a 5 star hotel!
From the beginning of our journey (looking around the care home) to assessing Mum (in hospital the day after I looked around the home) and then moving Mum in (2 days later) I have felt supported and listened to – everyone can not do enough to help (and the family of the residents are always considered and with sensitivity).
I would highly recommend the team of staff and the home itself!
