My neighbour lived at Kingsmead for many many years and wasn’t the easiest of ladies to look after! Each member of staff went above and beyond. Bending themselves over backwards to help her. When I did mange a visit, they also made me feel welcome and invited. Excellent care home with exceptional staff and facilities.

Kingsmead care is of the highest quality. They cared for my sister who was only 54 years old with first class compassion , they went above and beyond with her care . Unfortunately my sister passed away peacefully , right to the very end of her lifethey were brilliant with her and us . So I can highly recommend them . We’ll done Kingsmead you were amazing and we as a family thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💕

Care staff are hard working but not all of them are some are very selfish and lazy .
Most of the cleaners there are lazy . I have seen on plenty of occasionthe care staff doing what should be the cleaners/house keepers job .
The manager is as much use as a chocolate tea pot i have seen her be rude to her staff in the corridors out side residents rooms always picking out faults when she should be praising them for doing a good job !!
Seems the manager only cares about her self and not her staff or residents .
