Bought two pairs of glasses from RayBan which had the wrong prescription. One pair had transitions which I turned into full sunglasses and the other pair were normal distance glasses which needed the correct prescription. The whole process took less than ten minutes to get everything sorted and sent off. Amazing customer service. Will definitely be going to Vision Express again

The staff at this store are amazing.
I’ve been to a few Vision Express stores, and can confidently say, they are not all the same.
The staff at Napier go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied and happy. The optician happily worked through her lunch to accommodate my query about contact lenses and proceeded to doing a contact lens check also, even though I had only booked a single appointment for a sight test.
Will be back again!

I had the bad luck to lose my specs on Thursday which is a real hassle as I wear them for work.
All of the staff in store today could not have been more helpful or reassuring. The optometrist and her two assistants were super efficient, they put my mind at ease regarding how soon I would get the replacements and while I was browsing frames etc I was given a really interesting overview of the new Meta frames which sound really useful.
I will certainly be back here for all of my optical needs and having seen Meta, will be back for a set to use when cycling.
This store is a gem and the staff are all a real credit to the company.

An enjoyable experience. My appointment went smoothly, however I wasn’t expecting the £30 payment for the appointment itself as I misunderstood that part clearly. It was great to find out more about what’s been going on with my eyes in general. I now know I need glasses for reading!
Luckily the guys showed some empathy and offered me a £5 discount which I was really appreciative of.

A year ago after the test at Specsavers I collected my prescription reading glasses and found ‘rhombus’ effect each time I viewed a page. Told the male assistant who heated the frame and slightly bent it but to no effect. Repeatedly told the assistant that I was not happy but he assured me that it’ll improve in time.
However, it didn’t improve and I suffered for one year until I went to Vision Express this month for a change. They tested and amended the ‘radial’ of the lenses after full eye test. I collected my new prescription glasses yesterday and they’re perfectly made. No issues at all. Excellent results. Thank you Vision Express. I’ll be back again.
