Tony, Mary and the wider team were very professional and compassionate. Down to earth, lovely people. Clearly very experienced Tony in particular helped me navigate my way through the process, backed up by Mary. The fact that mum, organised to the end and beyond, had already outlined and paid for her funeral was massively helpful. If you are in a position to help the folk who will have to find their way through the process, I highly recommend encouraging loved ones to help with plans whilst they can.
