This is the 2nd time we have used Miles and daughters over the past 4 years, Lisa did such an amazing job helping us celebrate Dad’s life, we specifically asked for her to do the same for Mum. Lisa is such a lovely caring person and she made a difficult experience so much easier. From the very first phone call to the final moments after Mum’s funeral, the care, compassion and professionalism shown by everyone at the branch was simply outstanding.
At such an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family, they guided us through every step with kindness, patience and genuine warmth. Sharon’s beautiful eulogy captured Mum perfectly and meant so much to us all.
The funeral itself was flawless from start to finish. Everything was organised so thoughtfully and professionally, allowing us to focus on remembering and celebrating Mum without having to worry about anything else. Many of our family and friends commented afterwards on how beautiful and personal the service was.
We will always be deeply grateful for the kindness and support shown to our family. I truly cannot recommend them highly enough.

It was a good decision: they gave her the most beautiful and dignified goodbye that we could have wished for. To begin with, when Dad passed away, I was not sure where to turn or who to approach. It was by chance that we called Lisa (Miles and Daughters) that day and from that moment onward everything with Miles & Daughters, through Lisa, was handled so seamlessly.
At no point did we feel like we were dealing with a company. It felt as though we had a friend by our side, someone who genuinely cared for us, guided us with compassion, and looked after Dad with dignity right up until the funeral.
