Working as a Care Assistant with GAC Reading has been a truly meaningful and rewarding experience. Being part of their team allowed me to see firsthand the organisation’s strong commitment to high‑quality care, professional integrity, and genuine respect for both staff and clients.

From the very beginning, I felt welcomed, supported, and valued. The management team consistently demonstrated a thoughtful and compassionate approach, ensuring that every staff member had the guidance, resources, and encouragement needed to perform their role with confidence. Very supportive and reliable service.They provide an excellent care service. All of the team are efficient, professional and always caring as well as being compassionate.Management and office staff are all equally as nice and are very approachable, helpful and understanding. Special thanks to Kim and Chami who had been super helpful on couple of occasions for me.

We use Guardian Angel to help support my mother. A carer visits every morning. We couldn’t be happier. All the staff are extremely kind and efficient. My mother tends to see the same two young ladies on a rota. She has been very happy having their help and we as a family feel the extra support has been great.
If we need to call the office they are always helpful and cheerful.
