I worked for this organisation and, unfortunately, my experience was not positive. During my employment, concerns were raised about my conduct following an incident involving a home visit by a professional without prior notice. I respectfully declined entry at the time, after which a number of allegations were made against me that I strongly disputed.
I felt that the process that followed was not handled in a way that allowed me a fair opportunity to respond before my employment was terminated. This situation had a significant impact on me both professionally and personally.
I believe there is room for improvement in how employee concerns and disciplinary matters are managed, particularly in ensuring fair process and clear communication.

We had Caremark as our main care agency for my mother-in-law nearly 2 years. The girls visiting were very helpful and caring, they made us feel at peace knowing she is well taken care of, especially when we were out of town and not able to check on her. We were surprised of how attached my mother-in-law got to the girls considering there was also a language barrier. Great team.
